Gabel El Rosas is an ex-military bay which has only recently been opened to divers.

On particularly clear days you can admire the breathtaking underwater scenes that reflect on the surface creating a mirror-effect similar to that of Alpine lakes. Here you can admire an intact coral reef and two green sea anomes which are very rare in this area.

But the big surprise is an unrepeatable encounter with the school of barracuda that will continue to play with the divers until it is time for them to resurface.
